03 / Your camera
For cameras and readers with a CFexpress Type B slot. Type B is the larger card used by many Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Fujifilm and cinema cameras. This card uses a PCIe 3.0 ×2 interface with NVMe 1.3.
Type B is not interchangeable with CFexpress Type A, CFast, CompactFlash or SD. It shares its size and connector with XQD, but whether an XQD camera accepts it depends on the camera and its firmware.
Listed by our supplier as CFexpress Type B bodies. A slot-format list, not a guarantee for every firmware version or recording mode. Keep your camera firmware up to date.
Supported recording modes depend on the camera, its firmware and its sustained-write requirement. No VPG certification or uninterrupted 8K recording is claimed. A card reader is not included. Send us your model and recording format to check the match.

PCIe 3.0 x2 with NVMe 1.3 is the card’s interface, and it belongs to the CFexpress 2.0 standard. There is no CFexpress 3.0 specification. Some shops list cards like this as “CFexpress 3.0”. It is for cameras and readers with a CFexpress Type B slot.
In the supplier’s PC test, the 128GB card wrote at about 620 MB/s, while the 256GB to 1TB cards wrote at about 1330 to 1730 MB/s. If your recording format needs a high sustained write speed, choose 256GB or larger and check your camera manual.
The screenshots are peak PC transfer results. A slower reader, a USB port, a different host or a long sustained write all change the figure. In-camera recording speed is set by the camera and its mode, not by the card's peak.
Card capacity is labelled in decimal units (1GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes), while Windows counts in binary units (1GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes), so it shows a smaller number. In the supplier's tests the cards showed about 119GB (128GB), 238GB (256GB), 477GB (512GB) and 954GB (1TB).
This CFexpress Type B card has a five-year limited warranty from delivery for covered defects under normal use. CFexpress Type A and Type B cards both carry five years; other products have a 180-day limited warranty. Read the full warranty policy below or contact info@lambdagrove.com.
You can ask for a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered. Written approval and an RMA number are needed before you send anything back, and an approved return of a non-defective item has a 15% restocking fee where the law allows. A card that matches its description but does not suit your camera is not a warranty defect, so check your slot and recording format first, or ask us.
