01 / Why we exist
Advanced technology should not require blind trust.
High-end electronics are often bought from a photo and a few lines of text. Condition is vague, compatibility is guessed and the seller may never touch the item. When something goes wrong, there is no one to ask.
Lambda Grove exists to replace that uncertainty with careful checks, plain facts and a team that answers. Before we ship something, we try to answer the questions you would ask if you could hold it in your hands.

Pre-owned items are sold on their disclosed condition, and our warranty is assessed against that same disclosure.

02 / Our story
A simple question, taken seriously.
It started with a broken device and a repair bill that felt like a ransom. Our founder, Thomas Lau, asked a simple question: why does pre-owned have to mean compromise? That question still guides everything we do.
Thomas grew up in Hong Kong, which taught him to respect efficiency and real-world value. His secondary education in Singapore gave him an appreciation for engineering and systematic thinking. At EHL (École hôtelière de Lausanne) in Switzerland, he learned that excellent service is never accidental: it comes from careful processes, attention to detail and responsibility for what the customer actually experiences.
He brought those lessons home and built the business with his own family. Thomas and his mother shaped it around patience, responsibility and detailed work, and around one belief: a customer should always know who is handling their order. Today our team works between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, close to technical suppliers and repair expertise, so we can look closely at real equipment instead of simply passing an order along.
If we sell it, our team has checked it, we can explain it, and you can reach the people who packed it.

Precision electronics given a useful second life. Each item is described by its actual condition, checked before dispatch and covered by our 180-day warranty, assessed against the condition we disclosed.

New CFexpress memory cards
Cards for cameras and readers with a CFexpress Type A or Type B slot, each with plain compatibility notes on its product page. CFexpress Type A and Type B cards carry a 5-year warranty.

Every order leaves a record.
Pre-dispatch inspection, applicable testing and packing are part of our normal 1–5 day processing time. International transit is estimated at 7–21 days after dispatch.

Before packing, we check the item against its listing and your order details.
Tested where applicable
You receive your order's test report. A test video is supplied where available.
Packed on camera
Your order is packed on video, and you receive the full packing video.
Shipped with duties paid
Accepted international orders ship delivered duty paid: we pay the applicable import duties and taxes. Tracking is shared after dispatch where available.
Records kept
We keep pre-dispatch photos, test results, product identifiers and packing footage, and use them with your own evidence to assess any later question fairly.
