Quick answers.
A photo-first alternative to a retro digicam, with real-phone evidence for every order.
Why choose an older iPhone for photography?
A pocket photo companion is the idea: a familiar way to explore the nostalgic, CCD-style digicam look. We select these older iPhones primarily for snapshots and creative photography. Choose the model and storage around the photos you want to make; the look also depends on your light, settings and the individual phone.
When will I receive my phone’s quality report?
After payment and before dispatch, we send a quality report and photos of the actual handset allocated to your order. The report and photos show your phone’s condition; the model pictures on this page show the design, rather than the exact individual unit.
What test and packing videos will I receive?
Your order includes video showing the phone powered on, its camera being tested and a charging demonstration using our test equipment. We test the camera, flash and buttons. You also receive a video documenting how your order is packed.
What should I know about the screen?
The phones are supplied with original displays. Older screens may show colour tint, including greenish areas. Your actual-phone photos and quality report show the screen condition before dispatch. Please review them and contact us about any concern.
Are these China Mainland versions?
Yes. These are China Mainland-market iPhones. The regional model is recorded for your handset. If you need a particular app, cellular network or feature, tell us your country, carrier and requirements so we can check the exact model with you.
Will I be able to set up the phone with my own Apple ID?
Yes. Before dispatch, we sign out the previous Apple Account, turn off Find My, erase the phone and check online setup. The setup must continue without requesting the previous owner’s Apple ID or password. This activation check is included in the test video.
How is the battery checked?
Battery condition is recorded in the quality report for your handset, and charging is demonstrated on video. Ask us to review the available battery readings and test results with you before dispatch. Battery-health information differs between older models and software versions.
What comes in the box?
The phone only. A charging cable, power adapter and other accessories are not included. We use our own test equipment for the charging demonstration; that equipment is not part of your order. Please arrange a compatible cable and charger for your chosen model.
How can I transfer my photos?
The suitable transfer method depends on the iPhone model, its software and the device you want to copy photos to. Tell us whether you use a Mac, Windows PC or another phone before choosing, and we can help confirm a suitable method for that model.
What support is available after delivery?
Pre-owned iPhones come with our 180-day limited warranty from delivery. If your phone has a fault or differs from the condition disclosed for your order, contact us with your order details and the issue. Read our Warranty Policy and Refund Policy for coverage, return approval and the applicable terms.
