What evidence will I receive?

After payment and before dispatch, your order includes a test report for the selected phone. You also receive the full video of your order being packed. Test footage is shared where available; ask us about the specific evidence you need.

What does the battery assessment mean?

We record battery condition and check charging. Capacity and battery-health information vary with model, age and software. We do not promise an unverified minimum percentage. Ask us to review the readings for your selected phone.

What should I know about the screen and condition?

The actual screen appearance, wear and relevant condition notes belong in your phone’s report. Model images show the design, not the exact device or guaranteed colour stock. Ask us to clarify any screen, cosmetic or repair-history concern before ordering.

What is included in the box?

The phone only. No charging cable, power adapter or other accessories are included. Check the connector in this model’s specifications and arrange compatible equipment.

What if I need help or a return?

The phone has a 180-day commercial warranty from delivery, subject to the Warranty Policy. Change-of-mind requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery of the last item. Written approval and an RMA are required before return; approved change-of-mind returns of non-defective items may incur a 15% restocking fee where lawful and return postage.
