THE LAMBDA GROVE DIFFERENCE

Our hands. Your peace of mind.

We handle the checks and packing ourselves. Your order comes with a report and a packing video, so the process behind your phone is visible.

Checked by our team

We personally inspect the selected phone and test power-on, camera and flash, buttons and charging before dispatch.

A report for your phone

Your quality report records condition notes and test results for the actual phone prepared for your order. Review the details before it leaves us.

Previous account checked

We sign out the previous Apple Account, erase the phone and verify that online setup does not request the former owner’s account.

Packed here. Filmed for you.

We pack your order ourselves and share the full packing video. It is part of the order record, alongside your report and dispatch details.

What our checks cover

  • Power-on and charging
  • Camera and flash
  • Physical buttons
  • Screen appearance and condition
  • Battery assessment
  • Erased and checked for previous-owner activation lock

Your report is prepared for the individual phone allocated to your order, after payment and before dispatch. Model images illustrate the design. Test footage is shared where available. Battery condition and wear vary; no fixed battery-health percentage is promised.

Your carrier and apps matter. Mobile service depends on the exact China Mainland model, supported bands, carrier approval and VoLTE support. An unlocked activation screen does not establish SIM compatibility. Ask us to check your country, carrier and intended use before ordering. App requirements change; confirm the installed software and the apps you need. Activation-lock checks do not establish carrier compatibility.

CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Confidence comes from clarity.

Can I use it as my everyday phone?

It may suit your routine, but check the exact model first. These are China Mainland versions. Tell us your country, carrier, SIM requirements and essential apps so we can help check the fit. Cellular hardware, regional features and installed software vary.

What evidence will I receive?

After payment and before dispatch, your order includes a test report for the selected phone. You also receive the full video of your order being packed. Test footage is shared where available; ask us about the specific evidence you need.

What does the battery assessment mean?

We record battery condition and check charging. Capacity and battery-health information vary with model, age and software. We do not promise an unverified minimum percentage. Ask us to review the readings for your selected phone.

What should I know about the screen and condition?

The actual screen appearance, wear and relevant condition notes belong in your phone’s report. Model images show the design, not the exact device or guaranteed colour stock. Ask us to clarify any screen, cosmetic or repair-history concern before ordering.

What is included in the box?

The phone only. No charging cable, power adapter or other accessories are included. Check the connector in this model’s specifications and arrange compatible equipment.

What if I need help or a return?

The phone has a 180-day commercial warranty from delivery, subject to the Warranty Policy. Change-of-mind requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery of the last item. Written approval and an RMA are required before return; approved change-of-mind returns of non-defective items may incur a 15% restocking fee where lawful and return postage. Read the Refund Policy for the full terms.
